Our pipe coning machine (rotary swaging machine) is specially developed for manufacturing photovoltaic helical piles. It adopts intermediate frequency heating and rotary forging forming technology to taper the end of steel tubes for ground screws, widely used in solar farm foundation pile production.
This integrated machine supports automatic feeding, intermediate frequency heating, tube tapering forming, automatic discharging and water cooling circulation. After the steel pipe is heated, the machine completes taper shaping in one single pass. For steel pipes with wall thickness up to 4.0mm, each workpiece only takes 40 seconds to 1 minute.
Simply replace molds to process different tube diameters (76mm, 89mm, 108mm, 114mm,133mm,157mm) and produce long or short cone tips. The finished cone features uniform taper, smooth surface and high structural strength, which meets strict requirements for solar ground screw installation.
The equipment can work together with helical blade welding machines to form a full automatic ground screw production line. It runs stably for long-time continuous operation, only one operator is needed for multiple units, greatly cutting your labor cost.
